Day 1: Casablanca – Rabat – Fes
All'arrivo all'aeroporto di Casablanca, capitale economica del Marocco, il nostro viaggio inizia con la visita alla maestosa Moschea Hassan II, una delle più grandi al mondo. Proseguiamo poi per Rabat, la capitale amministrativa, prima di raggiungere Fes, cuore culturale del paese. Pernottamento in hotel o riad confortevole.
Day 2: Scoperta della capitale culturale Fes
Dopo colazione, visita guidata dell'antica medina di Fes, la più antica delle città imperiali. Accompagnati dalla guida locale, scoprirete il Palazzo Reale, il quartiere ebraico (Mellah), la Madrassa Bou Inania, le famose concerie di pelle e la Moschea Kairaouine. Pernottamento a Fes.
Day 3: Fes – Volubilis – Meknes
Partenza verso le rovine romane di Volubilis, patrimonio dell'umanità UNESCO, e visita alla città santa di Moulay Idriss. Proseguimento verso Meknes, splendida città imperiale di Moulay Ismail, per ammirare la maestosa porta Bab Mansour e la piazza Lahdim.
Day 4: Meknes – Azrou – Valle dello Ziz – Merzouga
Attraverso Ifrane e la foresta di cedri di Azrou, dove vivono i macachi berberi, si valica il Medio Atlante fino a Errachidia e alla lussureggiante Valle dello Ziz. Arrivo a Merzouga, alle porte delle imponenti dune dorate dell'Erg Chebbi.
Day 5: Merzouga – Campo nel deserto di Erg Chebbi
Giornata dedicata all'esplorazione del deserto, visitando villaggi tradizionali e comunità nomadi. Nel pomeriggio, indimenticabile carovana in cammello verso l'accampamento tra le dune per ammirare il tramonto e pernottare in tenda berbera sotto le stelle.
Day 6: Erg Chebbi – Gole del Todra
Sveglia all'alba per ammirare il sorgere del sole sulle dune, ritorno in cammello per la colazione e partenza per Rissani e le spettacolari Gole del Todra, con le loro vertiginose pareti rocciose. Passeggiata e pernottamento tra le gole.
Day 7: Gole del Todra – Valle del Dades – Ouarzazate
Viaggio attraverso la Valle del Dades e la Valle delle Rose lungo la via delle mille Kasbah. Sosta all'oasi di Skoura prima di arrivare a Ouarzazate, la celebre porta del deserto e capitale del cinema marocchino.
Day 8: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech
Visita alla leggendaria Kasbah di Ait Ben Haddou, scenario di innumerevoli capolavori cinematografici. Si attraversa l'Alto Atlante attraverso lo spettacolare passo Tizi n'Tichka per scendere verso la magica Marrakech.
Day 9: Visita guidata di Marrakech
Intera giornata dedicata alla visita di Marrakech: i Giardini Menara, la Moschea Koutoubia, le Tombe Saadiane, il Palazzo Bahia e i brulicanti souk attorno alla famosa piazza Jemaa el-Fna.
Day 10: Marrakech – Trasferimento a Casablanca

Day 1: Casablanca – Rabat – Fes
Upon your arrival at Casablanca airport, the economic capital of Morocco, our journey commences with a visit to the grand Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques globally, symbolizing Islamic architectural magnificence. We then proceed to the administrative capital, Rabat, and continue our venture to Fes, the cultural heart of the country. The day concludes with your accommodation at a comfortable hotel.
Day 2: Discovery of the Cultural Capital Fes
After breakfast in the riad/hotel, you will visit the old medina of Fez, the most ancient of Imperial Cities anywhere in the Muslim world. It is the city that has been the spiritual and political capital of Morocco for over 1000 years since its inception by Moulay Idriss. The local guide will reveal for you the secrets of Fez and show you the most important historic monuments. We will make sure that you visit places such as: The Royal Palace, the Jewish Quarter, the Tomb of the Merinids, the 14th century Bouinania School, ceramics handcraft. You will have lunch in the Medina and then explore its fascinating cobbled lanes, richly decorated Attarin School, the Neijarin, Dar Batha/Museum of Moroccan Arts and Crafts, Medersa and the Kairaouine Mosque…. You will see the medieval tannery and the infinite variety of handcraft merchandise. The night will be spent in Fes.
Day 3: Fes - Volubilis - Meknes
Our journey takes us to the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage site. We also visit the holy city of Moulay Idriss before continuing to Meknes, a city elevated to prominence by Sultan Moulay Ismail. Explore the Bab Mansour Gate and Lahdim Square before settling in at your hotel.
Day 4: Meknes – Azrou – Ziz Valley – Merzouga
Embark on a scenic drive through Ifran, often referred to as the Switzerland of Morocco, and the Azrou forest, where monkeys play amidst the cedars. Traverse the Middle Atlas Mountains, passing through the Ziz Valley and Errachidia, until reaching the desert city of Erfoud. Finally, arrive in Merzouga and unwind in a hostel near the dunes.
Day 5: Merzouga - Erg Chebbi Desert Camp
Enjoy an epic tour of the majestic dunes after breakfast, passing through desert villages and encountering nomadic communities in their traditional tents. Experience the unique lifestyle of the desert before riding camels to spend an enchanting night in the heart of the dunes under a nomadic tent.
Day 6: Erg Chebbi - Todra Gorges
Witness the beauty of a desert sunrise, climb the dunes, and then ride camels back to the hostel for breakfast. Continue to Todra Gorges via Rissani, where a visit to its traditional market awaits. The day concludes with an overnight stay amidst the breathtaking Todra Gorges.
Day 7: Todra Gorges – Dades Valley – Ouarzazate
After breakfast and a leisurely walk near the gorges, proceed to the Dades Valley, the Valley of Roses, and the Skoura Oasis. Arrive in Ouarzazate and settle into your hotel, soaking in the unique ambiance of this desert city.
Day 8: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech
